Is it ok if i do this?

I want to make music but i cant play guitar well enough and i dont
have enough money to buy and learn drums and bass (which is what i
wanna do) But will it be ok if i made songs on Mixcraft using loops
and add in some singing (from myself) and add in some short and easy
guitar parts (by myself as well) and post them on YouTube? Its less
creative since the loops arent my own creation but its the best i got
Plus i would like to become a YouTube partner with making these songs
but i dont know if it would be against YouTube's Partner requirements.
Partnership can give me some extra cash so i may then learn drums and
bass,
so would it be stealing or something, thanks in advance =)
