Good shows with drama and romance?

Okay I am looking for a good show to start watching, preferably one
that has some seasons already out (not on DVD or anything, because I
will probably be watching it on the computer). The shows I am going to
list are ones I have already watched and enjoyed:

Grey's Anatomy
Private Practice
Brother's and Sister's
Criminal Minds
All the CSI's
Cold Case
Without a Trace
House
True Blood
Gossip Girl
Pretty Little Liars
The Glades
One Tree Hill
ER
Rookie Blue (didn't actually like it)
The Secret Life of the American Teenager
Desperate Housewives
All the Law and Order's (Law and Order: SVU is my favourite)

And there is more, I just can't think of them now. Please don't
recommend any soap operas like One Life to Live or anything, and not
Vampire Diaries either because I loved the books of that show but they
totally didn't follow the books at all, so the show is stupid haha.
